Exploration Geologists/Geophysicists
Crudecorp is looking for geologists/geophysicists with 5+ years experience.
Responsibilities will be regional screening studies, prospect generation/evaluation, technical license work and assessment of farm-in opportunities. For one of the positions a geologist with a solid background in sedimentary geology, log analysis and sequence stratigraphy would be preferred. The successful candidates should hold an M.Sc in petroleum geology or geophysics, be technically focused and fluent in modern exploration techniques and tools. Crudecorp AS is an international independent E&P company engaged in the acquisition, development and operation of oil and natural gas properties in USA.
Currently, the company owns a 90 % interest in the Chico Martinez oilfield in California, and is in the process of developing the upper reservoir and exploring the lower reservoirs this field.
Our goal is to significantly increase recovery and to raise production rates of old, abandoned resources, through the use of the EOR techniques.
